At Othello, we understand that real opportunities are vital for the growth of Black businesses. That’s why we launched the Real Opportunities Lab (ROL) — a powerful initiative dedicated to assessing and validating opportunities.

The ROL is a think tank for dedicated allies and stakeholders committed to dismantling barriers that prevent under-resourced entrepreneurs from securing real opportunities.

The mission of Othello is to ensure that Black and under-resourced entrepreneurs have access to capital, resources, networks, and real opportunities—to build sustainable businesses that can participate more equitably in their local economies.
